CAD/CAM CAPABILITIES

We currently use EspritX Ver.12 as our CAM software. Our package includes 4 axis wire EDM, 2 1/2 axis milling, and 2 axis turning. This package gives us the ability to import geometry file types as follows:
.SRC, .IGS, .DXF, .MI, .VDA, .SAT
Our CAD program is called IntelliCAD 98. This program allows us to create part drawings from scratch as well as import from and export to
all versions of AutoCAD from 2.5 to 14 in the native .DWG file format as well as import and export .DXF files.
We can receive drawing files via email and import them into our systems to use for quoting and/or programming purposes.
Drawings can be plotted to any size from A to D.
All CNC machines are connceted to a PC through a DNC system which allows quick downloads of part programs. |
