  • Production Worker

    No formal education is required, but basic Math and English proficiency are needed.


  • Machinist

    4 yr. Apprenticeship, CTC training, or trade school education


    Internships and apprenticeships available


    Skills: Mechanical aptitude, good at Math and English, enjoy working with your hands, attention to detail

  • Tool & Die Maker

    Machinist training with 5 yr. Apprenticeship


    Apprenticeships available


    Skills: Mechanical aptitude, good at Math and English, enjoy working with your hands, attention to detail, meticulous about accuracy, patience (jobs cannot be rushed)

  • Draftsman

    CTC Training or Trade School Education


    Skills: Mechanical aptitude, good at Math and English, enjoy working with your hands, attention to detail, Knowledge/Experience with drawing programs like SolidWorks or AutoCAD

  • Management, Sales, Estimating, etc.

    We prefer to promote from within whenever possible.  People with good communication skills, computer knowledge, a team spirit, and years of experience in a jobbing shop are always in demand.  If you have the right determination, focus, and experience, advancement is possible.

Any of the above can be accomplished without trade school or prior apprenticeship.  Candidates simply must have a desire to learn.
